A short note this week as we are in the middle of organising a massive change in our business and will let you know all about it in the next couple of weeks.
However, in the meantime…
Last week I wrote about my fun and games with an errant tyre on my car.
I went to someone with experience that could solve my problem efficiently and knowledgably. True to form they delivered.
Clients come to us not for the latest trend or fancy new fad.
They trust us to come up with the goods and in a timely fashion.
They have no interest in tall tales, excuses or blame.
They need something fixing, by someone who knows what to do and therefore allowing them to get on with their busy lives.
Experience counts for such a lot don’t you think?
How do you attract people who appreciate you have the right experience for them?
How can you demonstrate experience and why it counts?
It really is the major selling point, and it shouldn’t have to be part of some sales technique, it should be there for all to see and appreciate.
Enabling all of us to attract clients who appreciate us, are great to work with and pay us our true worth…
Talking about experience have you seen my favourite guitar player David Gilmore has a new album out?
I love it, he is in his seventies and still playing so well. Again, experience counts…
Look below at him playing a track with his daughter who has shared the stage with him for the first time at twenty-two years of age.
The same age he started on stage.
Coincidence?
Perhaps…
Enjoy it!
